A software support plan providing telephone technical support, automatic software upgrades,
a full range of value added user resources to help your organization achieve a higher return on
its investment. This includes access to the SolidWorks implementation guide, priority
enhancements, an online interactive knowledge database, and special enhancement request
privileges. Please note that licenses of SolidWorks that do not include annual support on the
initial purchase are subject to additional fees in the future.
Terms and Conditions:
Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of this proposal. Any training must be used within 1
year of date of purchase. Cancellation or rescheduling of training courses is subject to a $100
fee if attendee has not notified DDI by the Friday before training is scheduled to begin. Sales
taxes and shipping are not included. Delivery 7 – 10 business days from receipt of purchase
order. Payment terms are as follows: First time orders are C.O.D., cash, check, or credit card
is accepted. Second and subsequent orders are Net 30 days upon credit approval.
